A three tier Helpline facility is available in the University to provide information, grievances redressel counseling etc related to Admission and examination.

1. HELPLINE Executives

University Help line through a call centre is operative from 10Am to 1PM and 1:30 PM to 5 PM daily except on Sundays and national holidays. Use the call centre for your queries. The helpline has a grievance registration facility where grievance related to examination, results etc can be registered and get your grievance registration number. Using Grievance registration number, you can track status of your grievances.

2. Student Counselor Facility

University has a student counselor who can be contacted for counseling. Students and their parents are free to contact student counselor for all matters related to examination and admission. If you are not satisfied with information provided by our helpline executive or your grievances are unsolved or pending , use counselor facility. To avail counseling facility, please call helpline numbers and ask for student counselor

3. University Officers

The Controller of Examination (COE) and Deputy Registrar (DR ) and other officers will be happy to help you. A list of name of Deans/officers, their contact numbers and type of information for which they can be contacted is available on web site. VIDEO CONFERENCE FACILITY

In addition to the above with prior appointment Video conference facilities can be used by students from affiliated colleges through their Principal to put up their grievances or to make appeals to the Vice-chancellor. For Video conference please contact VC secretariat 0294-2470597.
